Cell Phone Registry Lookup Question

Question: I am trying to determine if someone has a cell phone number and/or trac phone number. when i enter the name, it comes back with results i pay for; however, i am sure you can understand if (1) i don\’t want to pay if it is not a current cell phone number AND not a land line number; and (2) your results before paying make it unclear if there is a cell number or i will just get an address, background info, etc. i want to know i am paying or just a current cell phone number for the person, is there a way to ensure this? thanks much.

Answer: The Cell Phone Registry search results showing there are records in the database, however if the information is not accurate, or no cell phone number is found, you can get refund by replying to the email receipt.
