Cell Phone Number Finder Helps Find Old Friends
I had a really good friend in high school, I guess you could say we were best friends, but that sounds so dorky. We just seemed to click really well, but then he moved away in our senior year. We kept in touch for a while, but when college came around we just lost touch.
After a couple years, I tried getting in touch with him through other old friends from high school. They said they too had lost touch with him, and of course told me to tell them if I ever got a hold of him again. I had just about given up when, oddly, I saw a story about how dangerous online cell phone finders can be. It was a story on MSNBC about how one such database had been pressured to shut down over privacy concerns.
The story got me thinking about how much information was really out there on the internet. I thought maybe that was the key to finding my old best buddy .
First I tried Google and found nothing at all. I guess he hadn’t gotten famous or anything, but I still wanted to find him hehe. I also tried the online white pages, but after fighting with a really complicated system for a long time, I still didn’t find a dang thing. I figured that he wouldn’t have a land line anyway; he was always into gadgets and must have a cell phone. I decided it was time to try one of those pay per a lookup web sites that promised to find someone’s cell phone number with a name.
I tried to remember the site I had seen on the news, if it was that huge, it should be able to point me to other online cell phone finders. After a while of searching really crummy looking sites, I found a reputable looking web site that looked very promising. I typed in his name and boom, the tool told me there were results in their database. I signed up for the service and within five minutes I was calling my old friend. Again, we just clicked and I found out that he was living just 20 minutes away.
Thanks to this cell phone number finder I found we became fast friends all over again.
